Version 1.2.3 is a maintenance release which contains a single bug fix.
This update fixes a bug where installing the 18+ patch after starting the game and auto-saving (ie. playing the game, not just opening it) would cause the patch to not be recognized.
Edit: there is no update for the Android app because the patch is not needed. It is always installed by default.
