As an android whose sole purpose is to save planet Earth from destruction at the hands of mankind, Kyuu minces no words as she announces her plans to extinguish the human race.

For the sake of preserving planet Earth, humanity must perish. Failing that, mankind must be enslaved. Those are the only two options, and if Kyuu has her way, the former will soon become a reality.

Before she can do so, however, her creator makes a proposition: Kyuu will spend one day among regular, everyday human beings, judging for herself whether they are capable of meaningful change or not.

Kyuu accepts this proposition, and thus sets out into the world for the first time, coming face to face with a variety of odd individuals as she decides the fate of mankind.

Will Kyuu's colorful encounters show her the good in human society? Or will the bizarre antics of those who she meets reaffirm her belief that mankind must be destroyed?

Whatever her decision may be, the impressions Kyuu leaves on those she meets won't soon be forgotten. She is a harsh critic, and for a race as flawed as mankind, her observations and misunderstandings will be boundless.

I think the proper term for Kyuu is a gynoid, not an android.

While art and especially UI were mostly of superior quality (can't say I'm not impressed in comparison of most), the whole story, moral, and technical reference ingame were all... Very disapointing ?

I really though it was great to link reference stuff, it's really neat. Buuut.

It's filled with easy cliché, random technical references, and shallow characters.

It felt like a random compilation of pre-heated surface stuff you'd hear at the TV.

Like if the author had no clue about the thematic he chose and just brushed stuff randomly from hearsays. Which is fine I guess, I just find it sad... Shallow ?

I think it’s one of best games I’ve played. The philosophical nature of humanity seen thru eyes of an ultra-rational machine learning about emotions that drive people is almost flawless. People will perish, because their selfishness and drive to live and realize their dreams and goals regardless of consequences. Their goal to live and procreate to experience emotions and care of each other ironically in the end will bring doom to them. To live, people need energy. There are no clean ways to get energy, and the more energy you need, the more waste you produce and affect climate. Affecting climate and changing in the same way earthy conditions and weather leads inevitably to destroy human’s ability to survive. The to contradictory drives to live “normally”, which means destroying planet’s system, and survive leads inevitably to catastrophe. This game is perfectly written and brings a significant amount of deep insights.  10/10

Pretty good, though I do wish for more choices.
